The first genealogy describing New England Locke lines was published in 1853 by John Goodwin Locke and called "Book of the Lockes. A Genealogical and Historical Record of the Descendants of William Locke, Of Woburn.
With an Appendix, Containing A History of the Lockes in England, also of the Family of John Locke, of Hampton, N.H., and Kindred Families and Individuals." This book is in the public domain and both electronic and reprint versions can be found online in several places. For example, archive.org has several instances:

The association has sponsored the printing of three volumes over the years that work in conjunction with each other. Arthur Horton Locke published an initial genealogy starting with Captain John Locke in 1916. A supplemental volume was published in 1979 by Donald Paul Hayes, Jr. that primarily expands the descendants of Captain John Locke but also contains supplemental information on the William Locke of Woburn lines along with information about George Locke of Virginia. A second supplement was published in 2002 and focuses exclusively on the Captain John Locke line. These three volumes are still available from the association, as described below.
